Scope of Services
The DNA Connect strictly adheres to medical and laboratory protocols, ensuring that all specimens are collected based on a valid physician’s order or a request from an authorized laboratory.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment of any kind.
Our role is to facilitate the collection and transportation of specimens to designated laboratories for testing.
Specimen Handling & Delivery
We ensure all samples are delivered to the appropriate laboratory promptly and securely.
If a sample requires courier service for transport, The DNA Connect is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances after the sample has been handed over.
While we take every precaution to ensure the integrity of the sample, The DNA Connect is not responsible for any errors that occur within the testing laboratory. However, in the event of a laboratory error, we offer recollection services at a discounted rate. Any errors caused by The DNA Connect will be corrected at no additional charge.
Billing & Payment
Payment for services must be made prior to the scheduled appointment.
The DNA Connect operates independently and is not affiliated with any specific laboratories or medical offices.
We do not have the authority to offer discounts on laboratory tests conducted by third-party laboratories.
Any billing inquiries related to laboratory testing should be directed to your insurance provider or the billing department of the respective laboratory.
