The DNA Connect specializes in mobile phlebotomy and genetic sample collection, providing high-quality, patient-centered diagnostic services. We partner with certified laboratories to ensure precise, reliable results while offering convenient at-home and workplace specimen collection.
We are seeking certified Mobile Phlebotomists who are skilled in specimen collection, committed to patient care, and eager to be part of a growing professional network delivering top-tier service nationwide.

Position Overview

As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will travel to patient locations—including homes, workplaces, and other designated sites—to collect blood and biological specimens. You will be responsible for maintaining strict compliance with laboratory protocols and ensuring a professional, smooth, and comfortable experience for each patient.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and will be compensated per completed test.
As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will travel to patients' homes, workplaces, or designated locations to collect blood and biological specimens. You will be responsible for maintaining strict compliance with laboratory protocols while ensuring a smooth, professional, and comfortable experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to patient locations for specimen collection
- Perform venipuncture and sample collection with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and timely transport
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Maintain effective communication with scheduling teams and document all procedures accurately
- Follow all safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certified Phlebotomist (ASCP, AMT, NCCT, or equivalent)
- Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred)
- Proficiency in venipuncture techniques, sample handling, and documentation
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus
