Appointments & Scheduling
For most routine lab tests, a doctor’s order is required. However, DNA testing does not require a physician’s order.
We provide mobile phlebotomy services nationwide. Availability may vary by location.
We offer same-day and next-day appointments, subject to availability. Most collections can be scheduled within 24-48 hours.
During the Appointment
A certified phlebotomist will arrive at your location, verify your identity, and collect the required samples in a professional and hygienic manner. The process usually takes 10-20 minutes.
The actual collection takes about 15 minutes per person. Please allow extra time for identification verification and documentation.
Some tests require fasting (no food or drinks except water) for 8-12 hours. Specific instructions will be provided based on your test requirements.
After the Appointment
Samples are securely transported to our partner laboratories, such as DDC, Labcorp, or Quest Diagnostics, for processing.
Turnaround times vary by test:
DNA test results typically take 5-10 business days
Results will be sent directly to you or your healthcare provider through a secure portal or email, depending on the test.
Testing Information
Chain of custody testing is legally admissible and includes proper identification and witnessing of all participants. Non-chain testing is for personal knowledge only and is not court-admissible.
Professional collection ensures legal admissibility and maintains proper chain of custody for court proceedings, child support cases, and legal documentation.
Pricing & Insurance
Pricing varies based on location and appointment availability. The exact cost will be provided at the time of scheduling.
At this time, we operate on a self-pay basis. However, you may submit your receipt to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Important Information
Distributor Agreement: We are an authorized distributor of DDC’s testing services. All laboratory testing is performed by DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), not by our company.
Legal vs. Non-Legal Paternity Testing:
Legal Paternity Test (Court-Admissible, Chain of Custody Required) – This test is conducted following strict chain-of-custody procedures and can be used for court cases, child support, custody, birth certificates, and other legal matters. A certified professional collects the samples, and results are issued by DDC’s AABB-accredited laboratory.
Citizenship/Immigration Testing: For citizenship or immigration-related testing, applicants must select the AABB-accredited laboratory directly, in accordance with USCIS regulations.
Chain of Custody: All Legal DNA Testing follows DDC’s established chain-of-custody procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Accreditation: All testing is performed in DDC’s AABB-accredited laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Professional Collection: Sample collection for Legal DNA Tests is performed by certified professionals using DDC-approved materials and protocols.
